50% of the land package amount (per person) and 100% flight amount should be made for the advance payment to hold the booking. The balance amount should be paid 25 days prior to the date of journey.
• Full payment should be made for the Travel dates chosen less than 25 days from the date of booking.
• Advance/Full payment can be made through online payment/Bank deposit, by cash/Cheque or to the executive at office.
• Children below 5 years are not charged and will not be provided seat in the bus (only Flight charges applicable). For Children aged between 5 to 10 years, 70% of the package cost is applicable (extra mattresses will be provided in the room) for the Domestic packages only.
• Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to monuments/hotels and other places where the Tourist Bus cannot go due to the Local Government traffic regulations/conditions to be borne by the Tourists themselves.
• No Refund will be provided in case of missed sightseeing places as per the Itinerary (due to flight delay/weather conditions/Local Govt Traffic regulations during the tour).
• Hotels category will be provided as per the Package Itinerary for accommodation.
• Triple sharing means three adults in the Family travelling together, extra mattress will be provided to share the same room. Room heater charges and other incidentals are charged extra.
• Room heaters or ACs in case of power failure/problems, may not work and hence forth, No Refund will be provided at such situations.
• There is No Refund for any unused/missed meal provided during the tour or given complimentary due to whatsoever reason.
• Passengers are requested to take care of their belongings. Please do not leave any valuable items in the coach nor handover to our staff in coach. The Company is not be responsible for any damage, theft or loss of the belongings.
• According to number of people in the tour, the vehicle can be changed from a bus to smaller vehicle like Tempo Traveller/Toyota innova/Car etc.
• For Bus packages, seating arrangement is done in daily rotational basis (seat rotation system).
• If minimum batch is not confirmed for any package, The Company will change the scheduled date or arrange the alternate vehicle as per bookings.
• Tourists are at their liberty to make purchases from anywhere they like. The company does not take any responsibility for their purchases nor do recommend / bargain for the Pony/Doli, dresses, or hiring of vehicles etc; The company do not have any control on the local vendors/suppliers.
• Tourists above the age of 65 years are required to submit a medical report filed by an MD Doctor. (Report should be taken within 30 days from the travel date). And also the Tourists with any medical issues (prevailing/unexpected) must go through the medical check up before the confirmation of Final Booking.
• Health insurance is mandatory for all the travellers and should cover the travel period. Sri Venkateswara Tours and Travels is not responsible for travelers health related issues or any compensation for injury, loss or Damage.
• Final Itinerary will be given two days prior to the travel date.
• Train tickets need be booked by customer him/her self, Company will not provide any of the train tickets.
• Air tickets will be booked by The Company upon customer’s requirement subject to the availability as per the charges applicable.
• The Company may change the tour schedule or departure date depending on climatic conditions: it is possible that a route change, postponement or delay may become necessary due to weather uncertainty, snow and ice conditions, landslide, curfew, political restrictions, vehicle problem, delay in visa approvals, permits, government clearances, border permissions or any other cause. In the event of a change, postponement or delay if any additional expenses incurred, the Company is not responsible. Every individual should bear the additional cost.
• Helicopter & chartered flight will run as per the climatic conditions, The company is not responsible for delay/cancel due to climate (Chardham, Amarnath, Muktinath and Mansarovar Yatra).
• Helicopter, Charted Flights and the Shikara Parikrama is the discretion of Respective Countries and The Governments (Chardham, Amarnath, Muktinath and Mansarovar Yatra).
• The following items are excluded from the Tour Price: Boating Charges, auto rickshaw charges if necessary, doli & horse charges, Pooja & all entry tickets, visa, passport and vaccination charges; extra meals, laundry, postage, personal clothing, medical expenses, personal travel insurance and baggage charges not included in the Itinerary.
• For Manasasarovar Package, Tourist above 60 years and those who are medically sick will not be allowed to the second day Parikrama as per the China Government order.
• Kindly adhere to the time schedule announced by the Guide/Driver at every point to ensure covering of all places. If you miss the bus/train, you will have to make your own arrangements to reach the next place and no refund will be provided for the same.
• Cancellation, Refund, Replacement or Postponement is not accepted once the advance payment is done as per the policy of the Company.
• In case of death of a passenger during the tour due to any medical condition, accident, natural calamity or any unforeseen circumstance, all expenses related to hospitalization, medical treatment, documentation, transportation of mortal remains, cremation/burial formalities, repatriation and any related procedures shall be solely borne by the passenger’s family/legal heirs. The Company shall not be held responsible for any such expenses, liabilities or compensation.
• Passengers are solely responsible for carrying valid original identity proof, passport, visa, permits, vaccination certificates and other required travel documents during the journey. The Company shall not be responsible for denial of entry or travel due to incomplete or invalid documents.
