Packages Itinerary (Day Wise) :
Day 01 : Hyderabad to Dehradun
- Upon arrival at the Dehradun airport or railway station, our driver-cum-guide will warmly receive you and transfer you to your hotel for a complimentary stay. Dinner and breakfast will be provided as part of the hospitality on the day of arrival.
- After a smooth check-in process, take the day to relax and unwind amidst the scenic backdrop of Dehradun. Use this time to acclimate yourself, enjoy the amenities of the hotel, and get a good night’s sleep—preparing yourself for the divine journey ahead.
Day 02 : Dehradun to Yamunotri
- Our Heliyatra coordinator will escort you to the State Government Helipad at Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun for your first helicopter ride to Kharsali – the base for Yamunotri Dham. It is advised to leave the hotel early and stay energized for this soulful adventure.
- Upon arrival at Kharsali Helipad, our team will unload your luggage and escort you to the hotel. After enjoying a fresh breakfast, get ready for darshan at Yamunotri Temple, which involves a 6 km trek. You’ll be assisted with a Palki or Pony ride, ensuring a comfortable and scenic pilgrimage experience surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the Himalayas.
- Once darshan is complete, return to the hotel for a hearty vegetarian lunch and some relaxation. In the evening, you will visit the Shani Mandir and the Yamuna Mata Temple, absorbing the divine vibrations of these sacred sites.
Day 03 : Yamunotri to Gangotri
- After breakfast, you’ll be flown to Harsil Valley, an enchanting and less explored gem in Uttarakhand. Upon landing, our handlers will escort you to the hotel, where you’ll relax before the next spiritual journey.
- A cab will take you to Gangotri Temple, located about 20 km from the hotel. As you travel through the majestic landscapes, let the beauty of snow-capped peaks, pine forests, and flowing rivers mesmerize you.
- At Gangotri Dham, perform darshan and prayers, soaking in the divine ambiance of one of the most sacred Char Dham sites. Return to the hotel and enjoy the luxury of premium accommodations with ensuite washrooms, delicious vegetarian meals, and the joy of local sightseeing or nature walks around the peaceful valley.
- End your day with a soulful bonfire, a freshly cooked dinner, and prepare for the next divine destination.
Day 04 : Gangotri to Kedarnath
- Early morning, after breakfast, you will depart from Harsil via helicopter. On reaching Guptkashi/Phata/Sersi, you’ll change the chopper for a short 6–10 minute flight to Kedarnath Helipad.
- Please Note: There may be a waiting period ranging from 10 minutes to 3 hours, depending on weather conditions, shuttle slots, or technical reasons.
- On arrival at Kedar-top Helipad, our ground team will assist you for VIP darshan at the Kedarnath Temple, one of the most revered Shiva shrines in the world. The environment here exudes spirituality and peace, surrounded by snow-covered mountains and echoing chants of devotion.
- After darshan, you will return to the base helipad and be transferred to your hotel in Guptkashi/Phata/Sersi. Enjoy a delicious dinner and rest well, soaking in the power and presence of Lord Kedarnath.
Day 05 : Kedarnath to Badrinath
- Today you’ll fly from Guptkashi/Phata/Sersi to Badrinath, witnessing spectacular views of the majestic Himalayan ranges and deep river valleys en route.
- On arrival at Badrinath Helipad, our team will escort you to the hotel. After a refreshing breakfast or lunch, head for VIP darshan at Badrinath Temple, one of the most important Vishnu shrines in India.
Later, explore the legendary surroundings including: - Mana Village – the last Indian village near the Indo-Tibetan border.
- Vyas Gufa – where Sage Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata.
- Origin of Saraswati River – a sacred site filled with mythological importance.
Enjoy your final evening with a delicious dinner and comfortable stay, cherishing every moment in the Valley of Lord Narayan.
Day 06 : Badrinath to Dehradun
- After a hearty breakfast, you may choose to bow your head once again at Badrinath Temple before departing. You will then fly back to Dehradun, carrying with you the blessings, serenity, and divine memories of the Char Dham Yatra.
- Upon arrival in Dehradun, your luggage will be collected from your pre-stay hotel and our team will drop you off at your departure point—airport, railway station, or bus stand—as per your travel schedule.

Flexible Flying Time
Flying time of charter is subjected to flying permissions and weather forecast and can be changed ifthe weather is not permissible for flying or in case of any technical issues -
Body Weight Limitation
Each helicopter can accommodate up-to 6 passengers with total body weightlimitation of 445 kg for 6 passengers. Heli Yatra holds the right to de-board the passenger if the given body weight deviates from the actual body weight provided atthe time of making the booking.In such scenario, we will not be liable to provide the refund amount to any passenger de-boarded. Passengers are requested to share the exact body weight measured on electronic measuring scale. Passengers with body weight above 75 Kg will be charged INR 2,000/- Per Kg. This amount will be collected in Dehradun to avoid last minute hustle. Passengers whose given body weight is wrong will be charged INR 2500/-Per Kg only on the final call of the pilot else will be de boarded without any refund. -
Luggage Weight
Only one small soft bag/du9le bag weighing a maximum of 5 kg is allowed per passenger provided the body weightis exactly the same which was provided atthe time of booking. Suitcases orany other luggage bags including hard case bag is strictly prohibited 2,25,000 8 9 to be carried in the helicopter. -
Flying Schedule
Any ofthe Dham can be covered first depending on the weather conditions, Technical Issues, hugerush in the temple and govt. permissions. -
Hotel Accommodation
Heli Yatra holds the right to change the hotels at flight origin and destination which is subjected to the availability of hotels, group of 6 passengers or above may have to stay in digerent hotels as they willbe travelling in digerent helicopters subjected to their body weight. Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only. For a separate single occupancy room, itwill be extra chargeable @ INR 40,000/person (tax inclusive). -
Airport transfers
Transfers will be provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun and on the last day (6th Day) of the tour. Any other day drop will be on additional charges. Cab for Haridwar/Rishikesh visit will be on additional charges of INR 8000/- Per Cab. You may have to wait atthe airport or helipad meanwhile the cab is coming in-case the cab get stuckin tra9ic. Also, the cab details will be given to the customer few hours before the actual arrivaltime. -
Passenger Grouping
In view of our helicopters' limited weight carrying capacity, operating company reserves the rightto shu9le passengers between helicopters to manage the right weightfor safe flying in the hills. Therefore, passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in same helicopter flight. Only 1 Cab/Vehiclewill be provided for 6 Passengers throughouttheir entire journey. -
Rescheduling Of Booking
Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 20% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 30 days before arrival date. In case rescheduling is requested less than 30 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & a fresh booking will be given subjectto availability, afterthe levy of applicable cancellation charges. -
Payment Terms
✓ We accept payments via bank transfers, cheques, cash & UPI.
✓ The booking is to be done in advance with a deposit of 40% of the total amount.
✓ Balance payment will be taken 30 days prior to the date of arrival at Dehradun.
✓ Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour, unless full & final
✓ payment ofthe tour has been done. -
Infants
Infant below 2 years are accommodated free of charge. For verification of age the child, ID proof/birth certificate ofthe child needs to be submitted prior to arrival date at source of journey. -
Bad Weather Conditions
Flying in hills is subjected to bad weather conditions, many Force Majeure factors like delayed AirTra9ic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the passengers at helipads, among others. Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios. We strongly advise our passengers tokeep one additional day at hand, over & above the 5N6D period, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any ofthe destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios. Due to backlog/bad weather or any natural circumstance there can be amendments in your itinerary where we can cover either Dodham, Ekdham or Teendham in 1 or 2 days. And in some circumstances your trip may be cancelled on the day of arrival due to the above conditions with fullrefund exceptthe expenses occurred in Dehradun.In most ofthe situations, ifthere is back log due tobad weather trip may get cancelled. -
No Flying
In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money i.e if due to any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund Proportionate money subjected to the flying hours which is exclusive of Royalty fee, Taxes and fixedcomponents. -
Medical/Special Condition
Heli Yatra sta9 should be informed at the time of booking if there is any Medical or Special condition (Handicapped, Specially or Mentally Challenged etc.) involved with any of the flyers. Heli-Yatra has full rights to de-board the passenger if notinformed at the time of booking. -
Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds:

Basis of Refund
✓ Tour Cost: In-case 03 Dham are completed and 01 Dham is left out then INR 15,000 approx. per person will be refunded back to the passenger. This costis exclusive of other
✓ Expenses (Extra nighthalt, Extra transfers, or any other extra services utilized other than the package inclusions) -
Additional Services
✓ The cost of additional services provided at any Dham during the tour will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost.
✓ Refund against an unutilized service will not be done. -
COVID-19 Lockdowns, or anyNational/State Emergency
✓ In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called-09 by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
✓ However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by Heli Yatra againstthe advance paid, whichwill be valid for one year. It can be utilized against any of our helicopter tours or charter services bythe passengers or any of their friends/relatives. -
Cancellation Policy
✓ If customer wishes to cancel their booking, they have to pay cancellation charges as mentioned below.
